教学工作:主讲本科生《无机化学》《无机化学实验》《无机合成化学》《综合实验》和研究生《多酸化学》《论文写作指导》《化学实验室安全教育》等课程。

科研工作:2016年获河北省杰出青年基金资助,入选河北省“三三三人才工程”第三层次人选名单。主要研究方向为新型多金属氧簇结构构筑、多酸型无机-有机杂化材料组装、多酸分子基功能材料、多酸催化化学。2010-2011年在澳大利亚Monash University和The University of New South Wales两所大学做高校教师访问学者,进行科研合作。在Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Inorganic Chemistry等重要学术杂志上发表论文140余篇。主持及完成多项国家和省自然科学基金课题研究工作,在研国家自然科学基金面上项目和河北省自然科学基金面上项目各1项;作为第一完成人获得河北省自然科学三等奖1项。
